This was the first scrapbook page I did. I saw the paper and the layout just fell into place. I knew what I wanted it to look like before I had even chosen the photograph. Unlike the other two pages where I was constantly moving things around and changing things until I was happy. I will eventually put some journaling on these pages. I want to put one word (in chipboard letters) on the page somewhere, but I'm not sure which word to have... any ideas?
I played about with this page (below) quite a lot before sticking anything down. In the end I was so fed up with my indecisiveness that I stuck it all down anyway, even though I didn't think it was 'perfect'. I'm thinking that the word for this page will be 'spin'. What do you think?
I couldn't decide what kind of embellishments I wanted on this page, so I made these little paper flower thingys. A great way to use up your scraps. I'll show you how I made them in my next post.
Well folks, I am going to have a little break from blogging. Just a week or so (I don't think I'll be able to resist for much longer than that). I hope you like my scrapbook pages. I'd love to know what you think. I am so loving scrapbooking right now! I shall return soon with more crafty adventures.
Cheerio for now! Pippa x
I don't think you know how sorry I am that I missed your big day but these pictures give me at least a taste of what I could not share.
