6th December {#reverb10: Make}

Prompt: Make. What was the last thing you made? What materials did you use? Is there something you want to make, but you need to clear some time for it?

This prompt is much more up my street. I made a paper garland for the Christmas tree a couple of days ago.

What I used:
  • red paper
  • two different sized circle punches
  • a sewing machine
  • red thread

Just feed it through the sewing machine and arrange it on your tree. So easy!

As for something I'd like to make, the list is very long. High up on the list is to make a quilt. 2011 shall be the year for that. Even if I don't finish it in 2011, I shall start it.

  2. What a lovely idea! Looks really effective.

    I would also LOVE to make a quilt but am scared of sewing machines. Having said that, one of my New Year's resolutions for 2011 is to try a different craft every month, so I will most likely have to overcome that fear at some point!
